How do I pay for my yearly membership renewal?
You can pay for your yearly membership renewal to Laverstock & Ford Sports Club online during December and January each year. Simply go to the ‘Membership’ Page, select the yearly membership renewal then click 'Add to basket'. Once you are ready to pay, follow the steps through to our secure checkout process.
A 50p administration charge will apply when making payment online. Once your membership renewal has been processed memberships are then non-refundable.
I am a new member, can I join online?
We welcome membership from anyone aged eighteen years or older. If you wish to apply for membership you can join online or you can apply by visiting the club and filling out the application form.

Can I book and pay for hall hire online?
If you want to hire our hall, outside area's or lounge room then you'll need to first submit a booking request to us via our 'Hall Hire' page. Once we receive your request we'll email you confirmation and a booking form. You must then return the booking form by email and pay online for your hire, alternatively you can visit the club with your booking form and payment.
Please make sure you read and understand all the terms on the booking form before you submit and pay for your booking.
Event tickets online
You can purchase certain club event tickets online. Simply select how many 'member' and 'non-member' tickets you require, add them to your basket and make payment.
Your tickets will then be emailed directly to you within 7 days, please print your tickets and bring them to the event. (Please keep an eye in your junk folder in case your tickets go into this folder).
Please make sure you select the correct amount of 'member' and 'non-member' tickets as the club membership database will be checked prior to allowing member tickets to be released. Please do not attempt to purchase member tickets if you are not a club member as we will check.
A 35p booking fee will be applied to all event tickets purchased online.
PLEASE NOTE - ALL EVENT TICKETS ARE NON REFUNDABLE ONCE RECEIVED.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via our secure payment transaction provider (Create Payments).
Will I receive an email confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an order acknowledgment email confirming your purchase and any further instructions.
Do you offer refunds?
You have the right to request a refund up to 14 days after payment.
Please note - refunds cannot be given for event tickets once they've been purchased and received, nor can refunds be given on memberships once they've been processed and accepted. Hall hire payments are subject to the booking terms and conditions set out on your booking form.
